Hi all,
After reading through old threads I see a lot about turbo upgrades and mods but I'm having trouble finding a place to start for turbo charging a base '08+ 2.2L Ecotech. I'm building a mid-engine exo-car and I'm using a 2008 Cobalt 2.2 power train. The complete vehicle on weighs 1450lbs so it'll be fun to drive with just the base motor but eventually I'll probably want to boost it.
I've looked on turbotechracing.com and a few others. ZZP has the only kit as far as I can tell that's direct for a cobalt.
Since my engine is in the rear I need to do my own intercooler and intake plumbing and don't really want a direct bolt on kit but I need the tuning. I want to run about 8-9psi, nothing crazy.
