I need some help diagnosing. For the past year I have had several occasions where I can not start my car because of the crank fuse. The factory original was a 30 amp, but since then I have had to remedy with a 40 amp, 50 amp, and now it has just starting blowing the 60 amp fuses so now my easy remedy is non existent and I am dead in the water. I haven't saw any 70 amp fuses so I figured I need to stop the issue rather than keep rolling on with easy remedy.

I checked the cables at the battery and the cables at the fuse box to make sure there was not obvious corrosion or loose wires. Everything looks good and my car runs great otherwise.

Side Note: Do any of your passenger floor boards fill with water during the course of the summer when running AC??

Sounds like you have a short somewhere. Did you check the wires down at the starter?
