i just had to replace the slave cylinder on my cobalt and i have the whole thing back together, all i have to do is bleed the clutch. i read the instructions on how to do it and have bled brakes before so i figured it wouldnt be that hard. i can not get the fluid to the bleeding point, can anyone help me, what am i doing wrong, are there any tricks?

It's the same as bleeding the brakes, keep the brake fluid tank full, have one person push the clutch and the other open and close the bleed point.

i've been trying that but its not working, for some reason the fluid is not going down to the slave cylinder. all thats in the line is air. theres fluid going to the master cylinder but not going further than that. its pushing air and nothing else

You've done brakes before so I'm not sure what the problem with it is.
