Last week our 2010 cobalt blower motor went out. I traced it to the bcm 30amp fuse under the hood. Replaced it and it worked for a day and blew again. I read that it could be a sign of a bad blower motor, so I ask my wife and she did say it was making some noises. I replaced the blower, put another fuse in but this time it blew the fuse right away. I then decided to buy a resistor from reading these forums and got the same result. Today I went ahead and bought a relay and still burnt another fuse. I checked all of the connections by the blower including the ground and they all look fine. Any ideas would be helpful.

Wiring issues are never fun to track down. Do either of the blower lines show signs of a short?

No, everything thing looks good. I can see any place were it could be shorting out.

Have you checked with a multimeter to see if it is shorting somewhere you can't see?
