There's 2 sensors and 2 actuators. Actuators are on the top of the valve cover next to the cyl 1 spark plug. Sensors are near cyl 4 but on the head just under the valve cover.

Should I replace all four at the same time? And would you happen to know where I can find part numbers? I went and bought one and it is the wrong one.

Wholesalegmpartsonline.com has great diagrams for parts. You only need to replace one part. Which one is indicated by the code.
