    Don't answer anymore questions guys!

But in all seriousness, you think your children were playing around with the seat belts?

I liked to wrap the seat belts around my arm when I was a child. Maybe your children like to play/wrap it around their necks, heads?

Don't blame chevy or the cobalt. Seatbelts don't just wrap themselves around people's neck. Maybe the child accidentally wrapped it around his neck and you just weren't paying attention and I know if my childs neck was caught in belt I would cut him or her out and not call 911.
