Dome light

Hello....i have a 2008 cobalt sedan with sunroof and i would like to improve on a few things

1...install a dome light (backseat is pitchblack when people try to enter car)
2...install lights in the lower part of the front and backseat areas
3...install a light or somehow make the lights under the radio section to be brighter ( im a smoker and i can barely see the ashtray at night )

There's a how to here somewhere for the dome light. Foot well lights are easy with a ccfl tube or led strip. The other one though I can't help ya with, there's not a stock ashtray.
