Factory seat bracket to SS seat??

hey guys sup, was wondering if any one has done this , i got my hands on a full set of SS black leather seats , 300$ !! only one problem i think one of the brackets on the seats are bent from what im told?? was wondering if my factory LS model bracket will transfer over to my SS seat????

And yes SS seats bolt up to all cobalt and vice versa same with Saturn ion redline seats.
