Fuel Pump Issue? Please Help

2008 lt 2.2 needs fuel pump all part store pumps are 1 piece can style, mine separate pieces, sets in a baffle in floor of tank as seen in pics, what am I missin here?

I'm not sure what differentiates the two fuel pumps, but there are indeed two different designs.
