HPTuners or EFILive?

I've been tuning 2007-13 Chevrolet vehicles with both, but we've mostly stuck with EFILive on the 2.2L 2007 Cobalt for our flexible fuel research. Wondering what pros & cons y'all have come up with. Any other tuners I'm not aware of?
