Lights not working

I have a 07 cobalt ls and my running tail lights arnt working. My cluster and air temp control lights also will either flicker or just turn off randomly as well. I have front parking, front runners, front brights, front signals, reverse lights, rear turn signals, and brake lights. Does anyone know what my problem is? I'm really hoping to avoid using my warenty over something that could be simple.

If you've got a warranty I'd take it in, it's free. Otherwise check fuses and wiring.
