Need some help im building a allmotor 2010.

Well im building a all motor 2010 cobalt 2.2. no adding a superchager/turbo for a while. I got about 2500$ to start with. car is in top shape, but i want to get more power without boosting it, what are something that i can start out with to give me more power what is the first thing i should do?

If you're going all motor you'll want to get a long tube exhaust header, full exhaust, cams, intake, and of course a tune.
