new here and wanted to ask some things

planning on buying a cobalt.
just needed to know a few things from someone who know what they are talking about.
im planning to buy this car:

Valley Auto Mall

thing is, it dont have power windows or locks. i asked and they r willing to install them for me, for extra of course.
what would be fair price to pay overall?
anything i have to look for that "breaks" easy and ask it has been replaced?
(ex: on tiburon's are notorious for having to constantly change timing belts and the original clutches break easy)

Talk the price down to at least 5 grand. Its the basic model and those are SUPER cheap. If u want power windows and AC u need to upgrade. Not sure which is it. LS or LT that has the things u want.

for 1, the cabin blower motors go out sometimes. and 2, the door handles' paint curls and chips pretty bad sometimes. (just a couple things i learned from the guys at the dealer)

be sure it has the 'electric power steering' recall fix. turns out the p/s would shut down of a lot of the cobalts.
