So I just bought my 2006 cobalt ss supercharged I've always Ben a ford guy and this is my first chevy I'm looking to give it about 500hp but I also want to be able to daily drive it. I'm going to buy another motor to build while I drive it. So I guess my question is what kind of mods would be recommended not only for the motor to give it that much hp but should I upgrade the drive terrain also?

500hp out of that motor is going to require a swap to a turbocharger. I should rephrase, I've never seen anyone running 500hp with a supercharger on that motor.

The stock transmission is a fragile thing and parts are rather rare for the F35. Push too much power and you scatter it.
