Sounds like a tricky one, dude! You checked the fuse and even hot-wired the pump, but still nothing. Double-check the wiring harness for any breaks or corrosion going to the pump itself. Could be a bad ground too.

Be sure when putting the fuse box back together, the seven mm bolts that tighten up both layers together that the wires are sprawled out of the way of the bolts. Thats how my vehicle wouldn’t start it just flashed anti theft symbol no crank no start. I thought I had made the car forgotten the key and had the car towed to dealership to have key learned. Mechanic at dealership still couldn’t get the car to start. Ran diagnostics and said BCM not communicating with ECM. Told Advisor strongly suggested customer replace BCM. Which part is discontinued and only refurbished I found but dealership won’t warranty parts or labor for it. Towed vehicle back home and placed key in secondary and started moving wires around thats when I heard a click noise getting power and once I took my hand away it clicked again. Narrowed the bundle of wires coming from fuse box removed top layer, inspected boxes started placing the boxes back making sure I heard them snap into place on box didn’t make a snapping noise. Opened up that one and didn’t see any burnt or spots but thats when I noticed the wires where blocking the center where the bolt tightens the fuse box layers together. Once I made sure wires were out of the way and snapped into place. Got back in and the car started. Then went back to dealership to get two-thirds of my money back.
