Painting my interior

I'm looking to paint the interior of my 2006 Cobalt LS. It's tan stock and with me working on a race car on a daily basis the tan has got really dirty really fast. I wanna paint it black with a color accent. I was wondering what brand of paint I should use. Or if I should plasti dip them?? Anyone have any success with doing so, any advice or reccomendations is greatly appreciated!!
