I've had her about 6 months and been fixing things. She coded P0327 & P0118
Knock sensor low voltage, ECT high voltage. Leaking coolant from exhaust, no other leaks anywhere. Assumed head gasket and was going to order. Shes been driven minimally and babied but last trip she stalled out, lost all compression and underneath was covered in oil. Got her towed home today and in the garage. The Secondary air injection pump was pouring out oil, i found a zip tie holding the hoses onto air injection pump. Air Check valve filled with oil too.
I have an ohm meter coming tomorrow.
It's only overheated twice the day I got it, 250 max. Previous owner replaced thermostat and it was airlocked. After I fixed that, zero issue with over heating. Although she's been driven minimally. It's been enough that I would have noticed issues.

1st question, how did the oil get past the air check valve? Signs of failure? Pulled the top of the motor and it's sludged pretty good but appears to have some type of sealant in the oil (fine multicolored Metallics). Drain holes are all open so idk why the excessive oil through the SAI.

2nd. I'm pretty knowledgeable up untill the inside of the engine. I can swap an engine but im not confident in inner engine repairs. Idk EXACTLY what I should be checking whether the engine is worth repairing or if I should replace it. Pull the top half and see? That's my next educated guess.

3rd, any diagnostic ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Last, I have a parts car sitting elsewhere if I need parts. Just trying to get some second opinions and advice before proceeding.

Thanks in advanced!
