Tac jumping. New owner

I have a 2010 LT cobalt I just bought, this is my first GM vehicle and maybe last if I can't get a straight answer.

As most seem to have the issue with the tac and flutter jumps when driving at slower intown speeds. I have researched it and been to multiple shops and all say different things.

Has anyone got this fixed and can tell me the exact problem so I don't end up spending thousands?

You most likley have a tcm problem a tcm is like 75$ new thats the most you'll have to spend very simple install you can do it yourself but before you buy a tcm call an electrician and make sure you dont have a loose tcm wire that just needs to be re soldered
