Do any one know about hub adapters? I want to go to a 5 lug to have better option's with wheels. Has anybody used them and are they safe?

You have a 4x100 lug pattern, it is the most common lug pattern out there, almost every Honda ever has the same one you do, if you cannot find a rim you like you aren't looking hard enough. Do not use a 5 lug hub adapter on your car.
