Default Turbo 2.2 using other factory kits

2003+ Saab 9-3 set up:

-Saab 9-3 turbo manifold
-2003+ Saab turbocharger(both low and high pressure turbo will work)
-turbocharger oil/water lines(inc. banjo bolts)
-Saab turbocharger cold charge piping(for going under the engine)
-universal intercooler kit
-universal intercooler(28"x6"x2.5" fits perfectly behind out bumpers)
-custom downpipe
-42lbs injectors
-injector harness(repin to stock)
-trifecta tune(all years), Ls2edit(07+)
-MAF pipe(i recommend buying a bung from OTTP and having it welded on your piping or call ZZP and have them make u a MAF pipe)
-custom intake or run a mesh filter
-gaskets for turbo, manifold, and downpipe
-wideband kit

optional/recommended:
-aftermarket blow off valve(the turbo has a built in one)
-2.5" catback exhaust
-PnP turbine housing
-high pressure turbo from the b207r saab engine
-2.4 intake manifold/Saab 9-3 intake manifold
-LNF intake manifold strongly recommended

***sensor placement***
-MAF: goes after the intercooler, before the throttle body, keep 6-12" from throttle body
-Blow off valve: after the turbo, before the intercooler

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LNF Cobalt turbo set up:

-turbo manifold
-turbocharger
-oil/water lines
-o2 housing
-LNF intake
-downpipe
-hot charge pipes
-intercooler
-custom cold charge piping
-60lbs injectors(may be able to pull of 42's, but better safe than sorry)
-all exhaust gaskets for the LNF turbo manifold, turbo, o2housing, and downpipe
-wideband kit

optional/recommended:
-aftermarket charge piping W/bov flange on hot pipes, MAF bung on cold)
-aftermarket downpipe
-aftermarket intercooler
-3" catback exhaust
-aftermarket intake(W/NO maf BUNG)
-aftermarket intake manifold

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oil feed line=blue
Oil drain=red

the saab setup would probably run you in the area of 1000-1500 depending where you have your downpipe made, and on who does your tuning...the lnf kit could be more pricy since those are newer parts not commonly found at junkyards
