Warning chime and no indication on display
put two more psi in that 31 and see if that fixes it. the tire monitors do not constantly monitor the pressure but takes samplings. when the tire first begins to rotate it essentially "wakes them up". -

bet the balance is off, could have lost a weight, remember tire guys are usally the lowest on the shops totem pole. the rims could be not true... loose lugs, bad hub, faulty tire i.e. manufactuer defect or snapped belt or internal sidewall tear. slightest chance it's a horribly warped rotor. -

Cobalt electrical problems (>.<)
wow this post is old, i had this issue when i wired my amp for my subs. my remote wire was wired to my windshield wipers fuse. a strand from the wire at the amp contacted the B+ and caused said condition.- Tuner923

Noob here!
i run 24lbs of boost on stock charge piping and intercooler since 800miles currently at 39,000 miles no issues. I dynoed at 285hp/322ft/lbs torque. No need to get an after market bov unless you get a larger turbo, I also run the stock spring in the Bypass valve. tube that runs from air filter...- Tuner923

the only possible explanation for a/c only working while driving and not while stopped is. condenser is not being cooled enough i.e. fan not working.- Tuner923

09 Cobalt SS TC Sedan Water Damage!
mold it will with out a doubt unless you get it completely dry immediatly, though shouldnt be much of an issue as long as it dries and stays dry. i'd suggest wet vac -
Where to start?
stock intake is fine, just change the air filter to a k&n. 3in cat back. catless down pipe if you don't have emissions testing in your area. then find a tuner with hp tuners or get a tune from trifecta tuning. and enjoy the new found speed. -
Installing two 12s in my cobalt ls 4door
you can run the remote wire to the fuse for the windshield wipers or for the power wire for the sunroof. Mine went to the wiper fuse.- Tuner923
