I have a 2009 Chevy Cobalt and the radio and clock display does not power on! I removed the radio and checked the red/white power wire and found that there was no 12 vdc to the radio. I jumpered 12 vdc directly to the radio and it works fine. I checked the BMC fuse and it was ok. Apparently there is something that I am missing!?
What is your thoughts?

With the radio plugged in you should be able to hit the info button to get the clock to popup regardless. Does that work?
