im looking for a good air intake with best results but at a reasonable price. any suggestions on whats best or worse? i deffinetly dont want a f'd up cheapo. lol

Injen IMO is the best for the 2.2/2.4L cobalts. We ship them daily.
K&N is the best for the ss/tc cobalt.

Cheap intakes throw codes, you get what you pay for. Injen and K&N are the only ones I would trust. Not worth a engine code to save a couple bucks.

I had the GMPP intake. I loved it. Also it's the only one that seals against the hood to keep from sucking in hot air.
