I recently installed new speakers. When playing the radio I get even sound throughout all four speakers. However, when I play a device through the aux port I get full sound from the right front and right rear, but a much lower sound from the left front and left rear.

Check your balance settings in the deck when on AUX, I know it stores different EQ settings, not sure about balance.
It sounds like your AUX cable or device is broken though. Have you tried different ones? Could also be a bad connection in the stereo at the AUX port.
