Difference between 06-07 Lt cobalt

I was wondering what the difference between the 06 and 07 cobalt 2.2L is. I can't tune a 06(other than by calling vince at trifecta), but can tune 07 all day. I doubt the pcms can just be swapped, but it would make life so much easier.

Think that's the year they went to the LAP motor with VVT and a different ECU.
