Grinding Noise About 15-20 seconds after cold start

It's possible but that doesn't mean it fixed itself. If you absolutely know for sure it was the outside of the engine on the belt line, could be an easy fix. Have you burned any oil since your oil change? Any lack of power?

I see on your other video that you have SAI. The sound i heard is the SAI pump running.
I hear it on 2012 LE5 (2.4) after start-up too.
