I just bought my very first Cobalt. She is a 2007 LT, 50,000 miles. I have a few questions. First, there is a clunk when turning in the front end. Only happens randomly. Second, if I turn the wheel all the way left or right and drive in a circle there is a clicking type noise. Third, When shifting from park to drive it makes a noise. Click or clunk, hard to explain. Last but not least, on occasion if sitting still it feels as if there is no power steering. Goes fine when in motion. Any clues if these are normal with the cobalts or not? Thank you all in advance!!

First off, congrats on the purchase.

1. Check your swaybar end link and lower control arm bushings.
2. Axle CV joints click when they need replaced.
3. Transmission might need flushed, but it could be normal.
4. That's a normal thing for these cars, you can check on the recall for the power steering though. Might need done.
