Sticky boost guage?

My boost guage has been sticking. When i first start driving it won't move at all and can be stuck anywhere. After a while it will loosen up and start to move but it's very choppy. The sc is definitely still working. Anyone know what might cause this?

Doesn't move at all now. Kind of a useless gauge anyway but I will eventually need to fix it.
