Does your vehicle have a sunroof?
It is very common for the the sunroof drain tubes to disconnect from the sunroof at the corners.

I have a similar problem on the passenger side. Haven't really torn into yet to figure it out. I've read that it could be related to the air conditioning drain getting plugged up, though I suspect it is getting in around the windshield somewhere.
