Does any one have any pics of how the Gen 4 headlights light up the road?
When using the halogen bulbs.
Also do they light the road as good or better then the stock lights.

I would assume better.

Even though I can't speak for you because all I have is GEN 1. But the whole point of having a projector is to project the light to the road rather than reflecting the light in any which way.

True but some projectors don't light as good. For the example the factory projectors in my old Mazda 6 were not as bright as the factory Cobalt headlights.

My 1st gens were worse with halogens than the stockers, but with HID....well thats a different story. I would assume the same for any projector.

If you buy those gen 4's do you have to get a HID kit or is it just recommended?

Recommended because it increases the light output significantly, plus they arent that spendy.
