For those looking to participate in auto-x here is a GREAT link that shows all the clubs and how to contact the ppl in charge. Get out there and rep yourself as a driver, learn how to left foot brake, learn how to draw the best lines on the courses, and best of all, have fun out there because u will be all smiles once u start competing. Even if u can't afford a full season, goto 2-3 events over the summer, it's the most fun you will ever have in your car.

Straight lines are no fun anymore, though I do still get quite a lot of satisfaction beating jackasses who think their car is teh shiznit. Got a guy here that thinks his stock '05 v6 mustang will take my balt in the 1/8th mile

Planning on going to the 1/8th this friday night cause a bunch of my buddies are going, possibly the 1/4 on saturday if they are open so I can get a timeslip.

Yes that would be awesome, but its a highway and they wont let them block it off.
