For those looking to participate in auto-x here is a GREAT link that shows all the clubs and how to contact the ppl in charge. Get out there and rep yourself as a driver, learn how to left foot brake, learn how to draw the best lines on the courses, and best of all, have fun out there because u will be all smiles once u start competing. Even if u can't afford a full season, goto 2-3 events over the summer, it's the most fun you will ever have in your car.

Yeah! Too bad you need a roll cage to run anything but autoX....I would love to get into some road/track racing events.

you could just get a roll bar instead of a full cage

VERY VERY MUCH SO!!!!!!!! drag racing and "street racing" is about as boring as teletubbies vs the best action film ever created lol

Straight lines are no fun anymore, though I do still get quite a lot of satisfaction beating jackasses who think their car is teh shiznit. Got a guy here that thinks his stock '05 v6 mustang will take my balt in the 1/8th mile

Planning on going to the 1/8th this friday night cause a bunch of my buddies are going, possibly the 1/4 on saturday if they are open so I can get a timeslip.

Straight lines are for fast cars, turns are for fast drivers.
