I just picked up my 1st Cobalt, an 08 SS with 36K on the clock.

What can you "guys" tell me about these cars? Anything I should be on the look out for?

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks
Scott

the turbo cobalts had a recall on the charge piping and power steering.

I had mine in for both recalls and I am running 24lbs boost with stock charge pipes.

A lot of them have had problems with the keyhole pins in the ignition breaking. Just don't be shocked if one time your key won't shut off or come out. Mine surprised me when I was trying to pick up pizza.
I've talked to A LOT of other cobalt owners who have had the same problem.
It's a pretty simple fix
