Looking to do some mods....

I Just started working on my '06 Cobalt LT Automatic and am wanting to do some engine mods.... I just tinted the windows and put some Angel Eye Halo projector headlights in. It has a Flowmaster muffler on it as well. Any suggestions on where to start with beefing up the motor? Really want to get some horse power rolling through it.

only thing ive done is CAI, i have a K & N typhoon model and it was a easy install.

That intake manifold is useless unless he's going turbo.

What exactly do i need to do to the motor to make it capable to handle a turbo?

I'm not that deep into my stuff yet haha.

What if I put a supercharger on it? Do I really need to run premium fuel?

premium fuel makes it run right, and its just a difference of 5 bucks or so from reg to premium when filling up so who cares.

if you were to do any sort of forced induction, i would HIGHLY suggest you build the motor. mine just blew on a stage 2 supercharged set up on my 2.2.

So before any turbo or super charger installs, one should beef up the strength of the engine itself? as in stronger parts and what not right? Will keep this in mind when I get ready to turbo my car.
