Seriously, have they never heard of USPS?

After receiving my Nexus from OnTrac, I will never use them to ship anything. Delivery guy showed up at 630pm, jiggled the door handle, knocked, and then left it against my door. I live in a shifty apartment complex, where do these people get the idea that leaving a $250 piece of hardware on a door step is a good idea?
