Well had a little bit of off time today...just came into my head my dads truck has not been waxed maybe once since he bought it brand new in 02...so i thought i would give it some TLC. Pics below

The pics dont really show how faded it was to start out..

AND OF COURSE MY SECRET WEAPON

HOT ASS FUCKING WATER

I used a special de-greaser....( db20) to eat off all the breakdust and mud from the rims and tires

GOT SOME HARDCORE WASH SOAP.

lEFT BUCKET AND RAG FOR RIMS AND RIGHT BUCKET AND RAG FOR THE BODY...

I USED A SCRUB BRUSH TO CLEAN THE WHEEL WALLS.

AND STARTED ON THE RIMS.

AS YOU CAN SEE..THERE WAS NO WAX PROTECTING THE TRUCK HAHA.

I USED A SHEMIE AND DRIED THE TRUCK OFF. THEN PULLED IT INTO A BAY TO COOL DOWN.

THE WAX I USED..

CLEANED THE INSDE WITH A SHOPVAC AND HOT WATER/RAG FOR THE INTERIOR.

MY OLD MAN LIKES HIS COFFEE..AND HAT EXACTLY WHAT IT SMELLED LIKE SO I SPRAYED SOME OF THIS IN THERE..

AND HERE SHE IS FINNISHED

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT MADE FUN OF MY TWEETY BIRD FLOORMATS.. HAHA JK

IM NOT THE BEST....BUT I THINK I DO A ALRIGHT JOB.

i had plans later that night, so the wax only set for 3 hours.

im going to mobile wed. and coming back monday... so my car will be swirl-x and washed and have wax sitting for the time im gone...its gunna look DEEEEEEEP


btw, i have never used the swirl-x before...i asked a guy at autozone if it really works, he told me he has sold a good bit and had not had anyone come back for a refund....

anyone know if its as good as they say?
