No boost in 1st...
honestly in the 3 superchargered cars ive ridden in, they all only boost 1-3psi in first. in the ss/tc ive seen like 5psi and the turbo z24 i had for a little bit i saw 6psi in first. i'm pretty sure its normal, first does not load the motor hard enough for the engine to build boost unless you... -

08 cobalt proper operating temp
its normal and fine. water boils at atmospheric pressure at 212, iunno what the cooling system is pressured to but typically its about 18psi so boiling point is now over 220. o and i dont remember the specs for when the cooling fan comes on for the cobalt but for the cavalier it comes on at...- Fluffy

me vs honda
ouch, i had a buddy with a 85 blazer, v6 carbed and 5 speed, that ran faster then that haha and it only put done 6X on the dyno -
