Car will not start. All light come in. No dash light indicators. Battery fully charged. Starter test okay and working. Recall has been done to switch out keys and ignition. All fuzes test fine. Ground is fine. Running out of ideas on how to get her to start. Any suggestions?

Car won't start. Battery tested okay. Starter tested okay. No blown fuses. Ground is okay. All lights come on. No dash light indicators. Makes clicking noise when trying to start. Any suggestions?
