2007 Cobalt LS 2.2

Car will not start. All light come in. No dash light indicators. Battery fully charged. Starter test okay and working. Recall has been done to switch out keys and ignition. All fuzes test fine. Ground is fine. Running out of ideas on how to get her to start. Any suggestions?

Bad fuel pump.

Is the engine cranking? Fuel at the fuel rail? Spark?

If no crank pull the cover of the BCM (passenger side tunnel) and wiggle the wire harness a bit. One of my cobalt wouldn't start last winter when it go below freezing, had to replace the BCM. Dealer go it to start by wiggling the cables, I didn't try that but put a electric heater near it and then it would start.
