hmm...weird mine sit perfectly on my KnN tank, and i had the protype tank...but than again those tanks were designed around my 2.2sc...if you could return some pics to once it all said and done and what had to be done ill would appreciate it greatly...only thing i know on the tube was the fuse box tab was in the way which can easily be broken, it doesnt do anything but serve as a spot for a ziptie to hold a wire on...

got the tanks today, they look ok i guess... the driverside coolant tank dosnt even come close to fitting but nor did my buddies tank that he got from you. the mounting bracket needs to either be longer the little tab welded on the side needs to be in a different location. it wont allow me to install it straight without hitting my injen intake. if it were me in start making them manbe a half inch smaller front to back and id put the mounting options in a different spot. as for the passenger side tank... well thats a whole nother story in itself, ill make that one work but its not gonna like it, it hits the washer fluid neck and im gonna have to drill some holes which is no big deal at all.

edit: just tried to bend the side tab a little bit to make it fit and broke it but its no biggy, my buddy broke his aswell so im not worried about it.

yea i was snoopin around on amazon but it seemed as if everything wasnt rated for much over 200* coolant gets hotter than that. plus alot of that stuff cant be used with any petroleum products. but i figure if i can find sumthin that has a good PSI and temp rating id take my chances! i need 20' anyway!

aww dude that would be sweet! now i just gotta find some orange vac and coolant hose! mishimoto and samco make hoses but they dont offer a kit for cobalts and they wont custom make me lengths of hose that i need. i have looked literally EVERYWHERE for someone to make me a long length or custom lengths as a reasonable price. i seen some orange air hose thats good to 200psi but i just gotta find out temperature rating on it! that would be bitchin.
