Swap #1 and #4 plugs. Chances are you'll get the misfire on #4 now because Bosch plugs are pure garbage. Replace with a set of AC Delco or NGK.
Put it to you this way. If I have a customer coming in looking for a tuneup, I would send them to another shop before we'd put Bosch plugs in.

The evap self check happens in three's and it comes from the back of the vehicle. It sounds like somebody taps your trunk 3 times. They must have changed how it works slightly because my SS has never done it yet my G5 GT did it on a regular basis.
That's why baby gas is the last thing on the list. Build your engine. If that's not enough then add forced induction. Then if you need more, add a baby gas system.
GM does not recommend a fluid change under normal service conditions.
That being said, I agree with the other guy replying about a fluid and filter change and 50k miles.

There is a company getting ready to release an oil catch can for the SS Turbo very soon. I can't mention them by name because they aren't a supporting vendor here.
The slide pins are not lubed from the factory but that's not the cause of rotors being scored up.
I lubed up everything at 6,000kms when I saw the first sign of scoring. At 12,000kms both rotors were scored inside and out. The lube was no help.
Squeeling is common on ceramic pads? You've got that one backwards. We only use ceramic Delco pads in our shop because they are noise free. Of course, if everything is not lubed properly then you'll probably hear the pad vibration as a squeel.
