1. They are FULL CNC machined for 6061 - T6 which the billet is made in the USA. They are NOT cast/then machined as stated.
2. That tab that broke has no structural need guys... It is a locater tab, and once bolted in place has NO force applied to it. Who stated our tab was not smaller than theirs, it just has to locate the mount.
3. Yes it is heavier by 1.X lbs... Do you realize that is a large cheeseburger.
4. Yes the price is better on the TTR ones, as you dont have 1 guy make, and then sold through a dealer, and then to a customer. We sell direct, and saves you $.
5. A saw cut bushing causes what harm? It just has to be a spacer width to torque the frame bracket over.

Looks like this comparision is trying to find defects, but has no real meaning be hind it.

In reference to the "tab":
A small part will tear out, where as a larger piece will bend. It is how aluminum works. Even .050" will make a large difference. But in this case there is NO NEED for any strengh in this part, it is a simple locator. It also apears that the other brand one is larger is width, which has a huge impact on this.

Do a break test on the main bushing holder, ours vis theirs.... Theirs will break first, ours has more cross sectional area... Who cares if theirs is not as strong in that point... It is still stronger than it needs to be... No one has ever broke one their mount, nor ours at this area.

read the thread over on css, wel sorta...and i still stand behind TTR, mainly b/c of the customer service, the fast shipping, its made in the US, and aaron has never done me or any of my friends wrong...OTTP on the other hand has yet to ship interviewatruins his pedder springs or the rack spacers he ordered...BACK IN NOVEMBER!!! not to mention the h/e i helped install on another members car was far from perfect...my ebay h/e came in better condition than the OTTP one did...but enough about thei h/e...the real question, is...does it get the job done? the OTTP vs the TTR, do they do the job they are meant to do...if the answer is yes, than comes...what is the cost....if TTR decides to release a 2.2 version i will mostly be picking up a set...and the tab that broke doesnt do anything...its there to help you align the mount, even with it broken that mount is still usable...

Ok, so i do see the great info and real numbers in this, i do have to say that it was presented in a fairly biased way. Im not going to delete it, although I am going to close it for now to keep from having arguments on here. More discussion can be had when real lab test results come in. that will solve this age old argument without a sided dispute.

If anyone has a problem then please PM me.

If it was a true comparision he would have stated some cons on his product, but note there are none. Just cons on ours.

1. Over sized bushing hole/generic bushing on his (ours is more presise fit)

2. We have a single bushing sleeve, he has a 3 peice sleeve, fubling around with little parts during install.

3. We include 6 pages of step-by-step install instructions they have nothing...
