the more threads there are the more things can get searched for with that forum name.. the more links there are to a site the more times the keyword is normally put in usually you have to manually tell it keywords but with forums it's kinda already there

yea man I had a similar situation recently ... not with the same vendor but with RMperformance.. i bought a set of sleeve coilovers they said they've sent it twice and nothing yet RAWR.. BTW you have 45 for efficient turn around for paypal... you can claim after that but it's not required...
