Best way to get to the alternator power wire?
Well im wanting to do the big 3 wire upgrade in my 09 Cobalt. It is a LT. I looked at it a bit and I am clueless when it comes the simplest way to get to it. I cant even see the power from from the alternator...also where would be the best place to run it through the fire wall? Last car I did it...- Lonnie

Last h/o alt I owned was a mechman...well still have it but I got it sold on the 8th of April. Also he doesn't rebuild old altar...his stuff is made from scratch...he doesn't sell alternators for the 2.2 ecotec. He was the first person I talked to =\ Changing the pulley size won't do...- Lonnie

Did some digging and cant one for it at all. Apparently there is so such thing for the 09 LT just yet...just 08- Wanting to set up an audio system in my car and wanna do an H/O alt to make sure there is no dimming at all. Had one on my 02 Grand Am...sold the Grand Am and got the Cobalt...- Lonnie
