I've got a 2007 Cobalt LT, no modifications. Just recently I noticed the Daytime Running Lights didn't work. I assumed a fuse was at fault, but upon inspection it looked fine. I swapped it with a known-working fuse with no change.
Lights themselves still come on at dusk and hi-beams still...
