Tac jumping. New owner
I have a 2010 LT cobalt I just bought, this is my first GM vehicle and maybe last if I can't get a straight answer. As most seem to have the issue with the tac and flutter jumps when driving at slower intown speeds. I have researched it and been to multiple shops and all say different things...
