mine does the same thing. but it seems to get quieter the more miles i put on it. the other problem i have is that when i shift going from first to second the shift knob makes a squeaking noise- keithmcd901

Intake Mod for 2.2L Cobalts with pictures!!
it doesn't seem that taking of the silencer will increase the hp by more then 5 to 10. but i do want to see change in the throttle response. taking it of looks like itll only take an hour or so to do tonight.- keithmcd901
