2010 LT loose rear bumper cover

Loose rear bumper cover and inside fender wells.. Covers the rear and curves around and connects to the inner fender wells. VERY loose. The plastic inside the wells are very loose also. Took it to chevy he said nothing he can do about it. So it's all loose and rattles on every small bump.
I said well i'll complain to Chevy. So he says i can rig it lol. Wants to get some long bolts and somehow start rigging it. It's still in warranty.
