well its about hat time for me to get a new tranny 145000 miles on original fluid lol

everytime i lay into boost its a slippin away . i think im gonna go with a 2.4auto tranny what do you guys think?

2.2 autos have 3.63:1 final drive ratio (38/34 tooth chain drive, 3.05 gearing)
2.4 autos have 3.91:1 final drive ratio (38/34 tooth chain drive, 3.29 gearing)

Yes they are both the f23, but thats only if its a stick. Autos are something diff.

the trannies are the same the 2.4 has a diff final drive ratio i was jus tryin to see if all the conectors an stuff are the same

idk wut to tell u dude. i really only know how the 2.4s hold up. 2.2s are pushin it with ur power range..
