AC Dripping water on passenger floor

Hello! New to the forum! My problem is that whenever my AC or defrost is on there is a massive water leak on the passenger side that soaks an entire towel after driving for a few hours. I've pinpointed the location of the drip and I tried looking for the drain to unclog but couldn't find it. What exactly is this thing that it's leaking from? And the round thing seems to be fine but idk..
