Adding Spoiler change trunk struts?

Hi all. I have an ls with no spoiler and was going to add the ss high rise spoiler.Do I have to change the trunk struts too to prevent the spoiler from crashing into the rear window?

dude if i were you id look to trade some1, every1 is looking for trunks with no spoilers these days, check CSS.net

Its a 2009 Cobalt LS coupe. Pretty plain but I am going to a couple thing to fix it up.
